All the painstaking invisible stuff done for you (by a specialist VA)
Hello, I’m Sarah!
I’m here to help canine professionals tackle the behind-the-scenes stuff so you can focus on what you love, which I'm guessing may not be ALL the admin, systems, and tech head-scratching integrations that make you want to tear your hair out!
My busy brain gets a kick out of turning chaos into calm so you can hand it all over to me and I'll hatch a troubleshooting plan.

What makes me tick?
(Other than organising!)
My journey started with my rescue dogs, Della, Sandy, and Brenin, who taught me valuable lessons in life, movement, and compassion. These experiences, along with my struggles with burnout and chronic pain, inspired me to build a business that supports others in a way that works for them.
I’m training to be a clinical canine massage therapist, with a focus on movement, pain relief, and understanding anatomy – both human and canine.
I also love ACE Free Work, a gentle, exploratory approach that removes pressure and tailors sessions to the individual dog - things I think are just as valuable for humans!
I think differently
As a neurodivergent business owner, I’m passionate about helping others who think differently. I create systems and processes that work with your way of thinking – because there’s no one-size-fits-all in business.
If you’re a trainer, behaviourist, groomer, or run a membership organisation, I’m here to help you with the practical work that lets you shine.
Let’s make your business work for you, with clear plans and no stress.
I recently chatted with the Neuro-Inclusive Dog Pod about how being neurodivergent shapes my work and the kind of support I offer to others. You can listen here:
How can I help you?
Whether you need project support, admin help, or a launch wizard to make your new idea a reality, I’m here to make sure it gets done – and done well. My friendly, fear-free, and non-judgemental approach means you’ll always feel supported, never judged, and definitely not alone. We'll take an ACE no-pressure approach and explore exactly what you need to feel calm and at ease.
But I’m not tech-savvy. Is that a problem?
Not at all! I’m here to make things work for you – no matter your tech comfort level. If you need a simple system that doesn’t require an IT degree to operate, I’ve got you covered. We’ll find a process that feels right for you, not what you feel you “should” be doing.
What do you mean by “fear-free” in your work?
For me, it’s all about being kind, thoughtful, and caring in everything I do. Whether I’m supporting your business or talking about canine welfare, I believe in doing things with compassion and empathy.
I don’t use or support anything that causes fear, discomfort, or stress for dogs or humans. When it comes to tech, I know it can be a source of discomfort for some – that’s why I focus on using it as a tool to make things easier for you, not harder.
I’ll guide you through the tech, break it down into manageable steps, and make sure it works for you in a way that feels comfortable.
What’s your favourite part of the job?
The moment I see shoulders relax and exhales of relief escape a previously frazzled business owner. There’s something magical about taking a complicated mess and making it manageable. Seeing a project come together and knowing I helped take the pressure off someone – that’s what lights me up.
Can I work with you if I’m not an expert in admin?
Absolutely! Most of my clients aren’t admin experts – they’re passionate professionals who just need a helping hand. I’ll help you organise your systems, plan your projects, and take care of the details so you don’t have to worry about the logistics.
Do you work with everyone?
Not quite! I don’t work with those who use or promote aversive training methods. I’m committed to a positive, fear-free approach for humans and animals alike. If your methods align with that, we’ll be a great fit.
Fun facts about me
-
I’m a bit of a geek when it comes to canine anatomy and physiology. I’m absolutely fascinated by how the dog’s body works, from fascia to the pain gate theory – it's actually not that different from ours in a lot of ways. I’m always learning something new, and I love bringing that knowledge into my work
-
I’ve been a self-appointed admin professional since childhood, running a pretend riding school in my back garden – my long-suffering family had to “buy” horses from me, and my brother was “lunged” around on a clothesline.
-
I’ve been rescuing animals since I was little – my first rescue was a stray cat that turned out to be pregnant. It was chaos (but also amazing).
-
I love mountain biking and exploring the countryside. You can usually find me out there, clearing my head, and enjoying the outdoors.
